Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is expired or contaminated

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by customer


Return Window

You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.


Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be initiated to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

If the return is due to customer error (wrong address, non-availability, refusal at delivery), shipping charges will be deducted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
